The Discovery Diaries
Three guided conversations before, during and after your travels.
Three guided conversations before, during and after your travels.
An inner journey woven into your outer one - creating space to explore what the journey brings into focus.
Travel gives us new experiences. Conscious reflection helps us discover what those experiences reveal, question or awaken in us.
Stepping away from familiar surroundings, routines and responsibilities creates space to notice the thoughts, assumptions and patterns that often go unquestioned in everyday life. New places, unfamiliar encounters and moments of stillness can invite you to pause and explore questions you rarely have time for.
But these possibilities can easily pass unnoticed as you move from one experience to the next.
Through MakeDecisions, you can bring a more conscious dimension to any journey: whether you're exploring a new culture, walking through the mountains, visiting a sacred place or simply taking time away from everyday life.
Three conversations. One journey of discovery.
01 - Before
A question to travel with
Before you leave, a guided one-to-one session helps you explore what is occupying your mind, what you are curious about, and what you would like to make space for. You leave with a personal question or intention to carry into your journey, not a goal you have to achieve, but something you are open to exploring.
02 - During
A different way of noticing
As you travel, a few thoughtfully chosen prompts invite you to pause and notice. What surprises you? What stirs something in you? What challenges an assumption? What do you see differently when you step outside your familiar world? There is nothing to complete and no prescribed way to experience the journey. Simply room to notice what unfolds.
03 - After
Make sense of what stayed with you
Once you return, a guided integration session gives you space to connect the experiences that stood out, explore what they meant to you, and consider what you want to carry into everyday life. Perhaps a familiar question looks different. Perhaps you have discovered something you want to pay more attention to. Or perhaps you have simply experienced the world with greater presence. The meaning is yours to discover.
The journey doesn't have to change. Your experience of it might.
You don't need to travel farther, follow a spiritual path or seek a life-changing breakthrough. The destination, itinerary and experiences can remain exactly as planned.
What changes is the attention you bring to them - and the space you give yourself to make sense of what you encounter.
The outer journey takes you somewhere new. The inner journey helps you see familiar patterns in a new light.
